Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2): I loved this game as well, when it first came out. Mostly because I was so into the story and Spira in general that just being able to continue that story or to revisit what Spira was like after the fall of Sin was amazing. But I’ll be honest. Vegnagun? Really? I never got why they thought they could add more value to the world of Spira. But Yuna’s attitude in this game was fab, Rikku’s clothing was my favorite, and Paine was a fucking badass. End of story.

Also, the way I feel about Final Fantasy.  I love Yoshitaka’s work, I love the later design work, I love the music, the settings, the stories, and the overall idea of the games.  However, I really dislike playing them.  I don’t like random battlers level grinding or any of that nonsense.  Luckily I am dating a boy who will play random battles for me and let me play the bosses and watch the cutscenes.  it is a good dynamic.
